  4. Scan and email the sign-in sheet to Beth Horne at gtbop@uga.edu. Be certain to keep a copy of the sign-in sheet and provide a copy to the licensees
  5. The Center for Urban Agriculture will add the necessary information to the sign-in sheet and send it to the Georgia Department of Agriculture
